In full accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt.

We want you to acquire Mayfair London jewellery with absolute confidence. If a creation does not completely surpass your expectations, our returns process is courteous, transparent, and prompt.

Condition of Returned Pieces

Because fine jewellery involves precision gemological settings and certified precious metals, pieces must be returned in their original condition:

  • Pristine & Unworn: Pieces must show zero signs of wear, scratching, adjustment, or alteration.
  • Complete Presentation Suite: Returned alongside the original velvet keepsake presentation vault, outer protective casing, and all presentation ribbons.
  • Serialized GRA Documentation: The unique serialized GRA laboratory certificate must accompany the return intact.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Notify Concierge: Message our private concierge via WhatsApp at 07412 279132 or email concierge@mayfairlondon.uk within 14 days of delivery, stating your order reference.
  2. Receive RMA Authorization: Our desk will issue a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with clear packaging instructions.
  3. Dispatch to Luton Base: Ship the parcel using an insured, tracked postal carrier (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or Tracked 24) to ensure your items are covered during transit.
  4. Verification & Refund: Upon receipt at our Luton Base, our gemological team conducts a swift inspection. Your refund is issued within 5 working days directly to your original payment method (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Defective or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives compromised or exhibits a manufacturing flaw, notify our desk within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a complimentary priority exchange or complete refund, including all shipping costs.
